The GTL30 is a user-friendly and low-maintenance vertical case packer, featuring a cantilever (balcony) design for easy unit maintenance and cleaning. It strikes the perfect balance between high-quality mechanical design for positive case opening, erection, and handling, and advanced electronic technology utilizing brushless motors for the primary machine movements. Compressed air systems are reserved for secondary movements only.
Available in two versions (GTL30 and GTL30/L) to accommodate different case size ranges, the GTL30 allows for case closure using either hot-melt or tape. The case packing section requires no size parts, as various case sizes can be adjusted using three simple hand-wheels for precision.
A range of product in-feed systems is available, with installation options to the right or left of the case magazine. The GTL30 vertical case packer offers flexibility and efficiency for diverse case packing needs.
