Adamus AHTM 100 - Measuring Unit

    For precise punch measurement, ATHMM 100 employs a modern, non-contact sensory system consisting of a confocal microscope and an optical micrometer. Unlike most commercial solutions that face constraints in measuring surfaces, ATHMM 100 measures in the vertical position, ensuring unlimited access to measuring surfaces and points.

    Using a confocal microscope in the Z-axis, light reflected from the object being measured is recognized spectrally, allowing for precise measurement of the pathway and distance from both light-reflecting and light-diffusing surfaces. The optical micrometer not only measures punch diameter but also determines the XY position, concentricity, and punch front height, with a minimum height of 157.00mm.

    The accuracy of ATHMM 100's optical micrometer is due to the application of a precision linear drive with a positioning accuracy of less than 1 um. Experience precise punch measurement with ATHMM 100's advanced non-contact sensory system.
