Laboratory Fluid Bed Processors

O’Hara offers compact, self-contained, fluidized bed processors which are the optimal equipment for research, formulation development and laboratory facilities. With capacities between one to five kg, they are designed to perform drying, granulation, and top or bottom spray coating. All of our fluid beds are plug-and-play, and are ready to operate once connected to electrical power and compressed air. The standard unit housing is constructed entirely of polished stainless steel. The operating panel is a fully enclosed touch screen human machine interface (HMI), for reliable operation. Process recipes can be stored by the system; all process parameters can be recorded and printed. Multi-level security is provided for supervisors, maintenance personnel and operators. Comprehensive sensing and alarm systems protect process quality and provide real time data.
