Mounted on our Professional Coating Arm (PCA) with built in solution lines, our anti-bearding spray guns significantly decrease clogging, allowing for little or no operator intervention during the coating process, decreasing downtime. The removable air plenums are designed to direct the airflow through the tablet bed with virtually no overspray. Our fully-perforated drums with 51% open-area provide maximum air flow and high efficiency heat transfer, resulting in less utility consumption. Reverse unloading baffles in all our production tablet coaters allow for effortless discharge at the touch of a button.
A colour touchscreen human machine interface (HMI) is provided for reliable operation. User-friendly controls require minimum operator training. All process parameters can entered into a recipe, recorded and stored, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. Multi-level security is provided for supervisors, maintenance personnel and operators. Comprehensive sensing and alarm systems protect process quality and provide real time data.
