Bimech Bin Riva Europe
The main construction features are:

  • Wide bending radius without dead spots or difficult to clean parts;
  • Body welds made with butt joints for better quality and finish;
  • Frame with circular cross section;
  • Hopper with inclination around 60 ° compatible with the layout requirements;
  • Large DN500 “Man-Hole” top opening in AISI 316 stainless steel with clamp connection and locking safety pin;
  • Lower manual sanitary butterfly valve.
  • FDA approved silicone gaskets.

The body of the container is made of AISI 316L stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm. The sheet metal is mirror polished on the inside and with a satin finish on the outside.

TIG welds with butt joints, flattened and mirror polished inside (Ra <0.5 micron), and outside (Ra <1.5 micron).

All the folded sheets have a wide radius and there are no corners or dead spots, for an optimal sliding of the product and an easy cleaning of the BIN.

The lower hopper is designed for a manual butterfly sanitary valve connection.

The top cover has a large diameter (DN 400 or 500) to allow perfect accessibility inside the bin during the production of the bin itself and for better execution and verification of cleaning.

The lid is made of AISI 316L stainless steel and equipped with a locking closure with safety locking pin. The gasket is in food grade silicone.

The frame of the container is made with tubular bars with a circular cross section made of AISI 304 with a satin finish.

The frame, with a simple but functional design, is welded to the container with the 4 legs with round section.

The BIN is equipped with 4 pivot wheels for easy manual transport. Two of the 4 wheels are equipped with brakes.

The frame can also be operated by a forklift.
