Clients' requirements are taken into consideration when manufacturing punches for the production of round or shaped, smooth tablets, or tablets with a dividing line, symbols, letters, or logos. The client may opt for chrome plating of either the part of the punch that presses the tablet or the entire punch.
The dies are designed to meet the standards of the punches manufactured, ensuring perfect compatibility with the tablet press. Depending on the shape of the tablet being manufactured, punches with round or shaped holes are produced. Additionally, upon the client's request, dies can feature cone-shaped entries on both sides of the hole to enhance deaeration during the powder pressing process.
