In the event of a breakdown Riva has a supply of engineers able to act swiftly to customers demands and endeavours to respond within 24 hours to your requests.

Riva recommends customers have service contracts in place to ensure the machinery is independantly reviewed periodically by our engineers.

This practise is an excellent opportunity to ensure your machinery is in good working order and to prevent any unforseen issues.
